AMERICORPS

AmeriCorps service with Big Brothers Big Sisters is not your typical volunteer service.  Not only do you receive a living allowance every two weeks, but you also receive an education award that can be used toward future or outstanding tuition, student loans and other educational expenses.  Additional benefits for qualifying members include: health insurance, childcare assistance, loan forbearance and public student loan forgiveness.
