Become a Mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters
Becoming a Big means showing up as a steady, positive adult in a child’s life. Bigs must be at least 18 years old, out of high school, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to volunteer for one year as a mentor – though many matches last far longer.
They must also do the following:
- Complete the Volunteer Enrollment & Matching process.
- Initiate contact with a Little and/or their parent/guardian consistently to schedule visits.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Big Brothers Big Sisters staff
