Site Based Mentoring

School-Based Big

A one-to-one mentoring relationship where a mentor and an elementary-aged child meet at school during the school day, typically during lunch or recess, 2–4 times per month. This program provides consistent support and connection in a familiar, structured school environment.

School-Based Plus

School-Based Plus

A one-to-one mentoring relationship where a mentor and an elementary-aged child meet at school during lunch or recess, with the option for additional activities outside of school. This flexible program allows matches to build consistency at school while also spending extra time together in the community when schedules allow.

Group Mentoring

Group Mentoring

A group mentoring program where a small group of children meets with two or more mentors at a school or approved program site. This structured setting provides consistent adult support, positive peer interaction, and engaging activities led by volunteer mentors.

Beyond School Walls

Beyond School Walls

A mentoring experience where a child visits a partner company during the workday to spend time with their mentor. This program introduces children to the workplace environment while building a consistent, supportive mentoring relationship.

Community Based Mentoring

Community-Based Big

A one-to-one mentoring relationship where a Big and a Little (ages 8–14) spend time together in the community 2–4 times per month. Matches participate in everyday activities, shared interests, and experiences that help build a meaningful, supportive connection over time.

Big Duos

Big Duo Call-Out 800x600

A mentoring option where two people team up to mentor a Little. The duo could be friends, partners, or family members who team up to share the mentoring experience and build a supportive, consistent relationship with a Little through activities in the community or other approved settings.
