Enjoy the great weather, a little bit of fun and competition and support two important youth organizations at the inaugural Quad City Bags Classic. The Quad City Bags Classic is sponsored by the Quad Cities River Bandits, Trinity Regional Health System and Du Trac Credit Union and will be held on Saturday, August 13th at Modern Woodmen Park. The beneficiary of tournament entry fees and sponsorships are Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mississippi Valley and Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley. THIS ISN'T JUST ANY BAGS TOURNAMENT!!! This tournament is held ON the field at Modern Woodmen Park. A limited field of 144 teams will get the chance to test your skills as 72 custom built, regulation size bag sets are placed throughout the outfield of Modern Woodmen Park. Teams will first play within a pool of teams (guaranteed at least 4 games), following by seeding and a single elimination "flight" tournament. Teams are guaranteed at least 5 games throughout the day. Participants will enjoy all the amenities of Modern Woodmen Park including music, video and announcements, concession and spectator seating! A special skills competition will also be held throughout the day sponsored by Isle of Capri Casino. The tournament will comply with the National Corn Hole regulations.
