Congratulations!  You have been matched for one school year with your Little.  You have truly been a positive influence in your Little’s life and this will be an experience neither of you will ever forget. 

Here at Big Brothers Big Sisters, we want to make sure we are helping you and your Little gain the best experience possible.  We would like for you to take a few minutes to complete this on-line survey to provide us with valuable feedback on your thoughts and feelings of the program that you have experienced this school year. 

The survey consists of three parts:

1. The Program Outcome Evaluation, which measures your Little in the areas of confidence, competence, and caring
2. Mentor’s Rating on the Quality of the Relationship, which measures how you feel about the relationship between you and your Little
3. Mentor Satisfaction Questionnaire, which measures how you feel about the experience with our agency
